This ServiceNow Developer will focus on core ITSM modules. The role is hybrid - please note that any applicants must be willing to go in office 3 days/week in the Phoenix metro. No C2C/Subvendors for this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM modules.
- Customize and configure ITSM applications like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management within ServiceNow.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and external data sources using APIs and connectors.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and automation to improve service delivery efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs for system customizations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, integrations, and building custom applications.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus
